  3. Mix hoisin sauce soy sauce honey and Thai chili sauce together over medium heat. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. Mixture should turn into a glaze that coats the back of a spoon. Once it is done turn off and remove from heat
  4. Slice avocado into thin slices.
  5. Place sushi rice in bowl. Slice salmon and Place on top. Top with avocado. Drizzle with hoisin glaze. Top with spicy mayo. Garnish with sesame seeds! Enjoy!
