  4. Add egg and milk. Stir about 20 25 times, the outcome you want is flour moist and incorporated but still have chunks of butter.
  5. Drop Dough onto a floured cutting board. Fold and rotate the dough toward you about 6 or 7 times. No more. Pat to about 3/4 inch thick.
  6. I use a margarita glass to make 2 large biscuits, one for my wife and 1 for myself. (If you want to make 8-10 normal biscuits just double recipe)
  7. I Bake these on a baking stone at about 450 degrees for 13-17 minutes.
