- 3 dried shiitake mushroom

- In a pot, heat up your soup stock and add salt as needed. When it’s ready, ladles to the noodles.
- Add cooked pork/mushrooms/shallot mixture on top of the noodles. Add about 2 to 3 tablespoons full of this mixture. Serve warm and enjoy.
